How it works.
Our coaching process will help your organisation scale and transform with personalised mentoring and training:
Phase
1. Pilot
Once the foundations for Agile transformation are built, we’ll put together a pilot test team to embed Agile practice and identify organisational issues to solve prior to scaling. This includes 6 hours of Pilot team mentoring
Phase
2. Scale
This is where we execute the scaling strategy, rolling out training and mentorship of roles, build communities and provide the necessary level of support your people will need. This includes training, mentoring, process implementation, setting up communities of practice and facilitation.

3. Transform
At the transform stage, together we embed Agile practice across the whole organisation, restructure for continuous value delivery with one focus in collaboration across all executive areas.
